Landing page: formatting, layout and shortcuts

Everything here works on the canvas of your landing page, where you type straight onto the page.

Bold, italic and links

Select words in any paragraph, quote, answer or headline on the page and a small bar appears: B, I and Link. Or press Ctrl+B, Ctrl+I or Ctrl+K (Cmd on a Mac). To remove a link, select it, click Link and clear the address. Links open in a new tab.

In the settings on the right, bold words show between two stars, italic words between underscores, and a link as its words in square brackets with the address after them. You can type them there too.

Images and tables

• Image: one picture at medium, large or full width, with an optional caption (also read aloud to people who can't see it).
• Table: rows and columns, the first row as the header. Good for what's included, prices, or a before and after. Type into the cells on the page, or add rows and columns in its settings (up to 6 columns and 30 rows). Wide tables scroll sideways on phones.

Find any section fast: type in the search box at the top of + Add section (pricing, reviews, video) and press Enter for the first match.

Two sections side by side

Set Width to Half on two sections next to each other (in their settings, or with the ½ button on the section's toolbar) and they sit side by side, for example a short story beside a video. On phones they stack. A half-width section with no half-width neighbour stays full width, so nothing is left with a gap.

Undo, Redo and shortcuts

Undo and Redo go back and forward one change at a time, whether you made it on the page or in the settings; a burst of typing counts as one change. After you reload, Undo goes back through the saved versions in History.
