- Select an End ScreenPDFs are set per end screen.
- Switch it onOpen Download PDF in its settings and switch on Let respondents download a PDF here.ContentEnd ScreenDownload PDF
- Give it a titlePDF title (optional), e.g. Your Growth Readiness Report.
- Choose what goes in, in orderPDF contents, in order starts with this End Screen's message, the questions and answers, and the results chart. Reorder them, remove any, or add a Custom section (your own heading and text) or Pick a specific screen to include a statement.
- Check itPreview PDF shows it with sample data. Preview last submission shows it with your latest real response.
Good to know
- The PDF follows the person's own path: personalised sections, write-ups and charts are theirs.
- A screen you pick only appears if that person actually reached it.
- Override a screen's text in the PDF without changing the assessment. Or switch the PDF from Dynamic to Fully custom and write the whole document yourself: everyone then gets the same PDF.
- Switch on Show assessment logo, Show respondent's name or Show completion date to add them to the PDF.
- On Free, PDFs carry MarketKloud branding. On Starter and up, switching branding off removes it from the PDF too.
