A score dimension is a named score. One assessment can have several: Leadership, Strategy, Culture. Each answer can add points to one or more of them.

  1. Add points to a question
Click + Add points. The first column is a dimension called Score.
  2. Create or pick a dimension
Click the column heading, Add to…, and pick an existing dimension or type a name to create a New dimension.
  3. Add more columns
An answer can score in several dimensions at once, e.g. Strongly agree = 3 Leadership and 1 Culture.

Alongside your dimensions, a Total Score is worked out automatically. In pickers, each dimension shows as Score — Leadership and so on.

Using dimensions

  • Branch on any one: Leadership is less than 10 → Go to the leadership tips ending.
  • Compare them: Strategy is greater than Culture.
  • Find the highest or lowest with Pick by rank.
  • Chart them all on the ending with a Results Chart.
