Score answers with points

   Open the question's logic

   In Logic, click a question on the Map (or choose it in Branching).

   Click + Add points

   A points table appears, with one row per answer and a Score column.

   Type the points

   e.g. Never = 0, Sometimes = 1, Often = 2, Always = 3. Leave an answer blank for 0.

   Repeat, or apply in bulk

   Use Apply to other questions… to copy the same points to every question with the same choices.

   Use the score

   The score is ready to use in branching (Score is greater than or equal to 10), in text with @, in charts, PDFs, emails and your CRM.

Questions without answer choices

For Number, Rating, NPS and Opinion Scale, add points rules instead: is between 5 and 12 → 2 points. Every row that matches the answer adds its points.

Points can be negative

Give an answer negative points to subtract, e.g. a red-flag answer in a qualification assessment.
