Workspace analytics: trends, drop-off and traffic sources
Response trends for any date range, a leaderboard of assessments, where people drop off, and where they came from.

Analytics in your dashboard looks across every assessment in the workspace.
- Responses by day (or by hour, week or month, depending on the range): completed and partial, for any date range.
- Assessments compared: responses, completed, completion rate, average score, drop-off and last response, side by side. Pick which assessments to include.
- Where assessments lose people: the questions people most often leave on.
- Traffic sources: where respondents came from, using referrers and UTM tags.
Acting on drop-off
- A big drop on one question? Make it optional, reword it, or move it later.
- Drop-off on contact details? Ask for them later, and say why you need them.
- Low completion overall? Add a welcome screen promise (get your score) and cut questions you don't use.
