My embedded assessment doesn't show: what to check
The common reasons an embed is blank, cut off or blocked, and the fix for each.
The embed shows Form not found.
The assessment isn't published yet. Click Publish in the builder.
The embed is blank on my site but works in the preview.
Check Allowed domains in Share → Embed. Your site's address must be listed exactly (e.g.
yoursite.com, www.yoursite.com), or leave it blank to allow any site.The assessment is cut off.
Increase Height (px) for Standard embeds, or use Popup or Full-page, which size themselves.
Nothing appears at all.
Some site builders only run code on the published site, not in their editor. Publish your website and check the live page. Make sure you pasted the whole code, including the
<script> part.It works on desktop but feels cramped on phones.
Switch on Full-screen on mobile.
