Use your own domain (forms.yourcompany.com)

   Choose a subdomain

   Use something like forms.yourcompany.com. A subdomain keeps the rest of your website untouched.

   Add it

   In the assessment's Integrations → Custom domain, type the domain and click Connect.

   Add two DNS records

   Where your domain is managed (GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap…), add both records shown: a TXT record that proves you own the domain, and a record that routes traffic to your assessments (a CNAME for a subdomain).

   Click Check now

   DNS can take a few minutes to a few hours. The panel shows Waiting for DNS, then Verified — live.

Once live, every form in the workspace is reachable at forms.yourcompany.com/f/your-form, with secure https set up automatically. Your dashboard and builder stay on MarketKloud.
