Share your assessment's link (and change its address)
Copy the link, make the address readable, and add values like a campaign name.

Every assessment has its own address: https://forms.marketkloud.com/f/your-form. Copy it from the link icon in the builder's top bar, the Share tab, or the form's ⋯ menu on your dashboard.
Make the address readable
- Open Share → LinkShareLink
- Click Edit next to the addressType a short, clear name:
/f/growth-scorecard. Press Enter or click Save.
Before you share
- Your form must be Live. A draft's link shows Form not found until you publish. The Share tab offers Publish now if you haven't yet.
- Add values to the link to track where people came from:
?utm_source=linkedin. See Hidden fields. - Want a QR code for print? Paste the link into any QR code generator. It works like any other link.
