Response and storage limits
How responses and uploaded files are counted, and what happens when you reach a limit.
Responses
- Only completed responses count, across every assessment in the organization, per calendar month.
- Free: 20 · Starter: 500 · Pro: 2,000 · Business: 10,000.
- At the limit, new submissions pause with a clear message until the next month, or until you upgrade. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged.
Storage
- Files people upload through File Upload questions count towards your storage: Free 500 MB · Starter 2 GB · Pro 5 GB · Business 10 GB.
- The dashboard warns you as you approach your allowance.
