Upgrade, downgrade or cancel

   Open the pricing page

   From Organizations → Plan & Billing → Upgrade plan →, or go to the pricing page while signed in.

   Pick the plan

   On Free, click Start 14-day free trial on a paid plan. During a trial, click Upgrade to … or Downgrade to … to switch. It applies right away, and your trial keeps its original end date.

Subscribing

   Open Plan & billing

   From Organizations → Plan & Billing while signed in.

   Pick a plan and how often to pay

   Choose Monthly or Yearly, then Subscribe to …. Pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or PayPal. Prices are in USD; tax is added at checkout where it applies.

Payments are handled by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, who also sends your receipts. Once you're subscribed, Switch to … changes plan or billing interval: Plan & billing shows the exact amount before anything is charged. Manage billing opens Paddle's portal to change your card or PayPal, download invoices, or cancel.

Cancelling

Paid subscription: in Plan & billing, click Manage billing and cancel there. Your plan stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, then the organization moves to Free. See our refund policy.

Free trial: in Organizations → Admin Settings, the Danger Zone has Cancel subscription. It moves the organization to the Free plan straight away.

Either way, your assessments, responses and settings stay exactly as they are.
