What Free, Starter, Pro, Business and Enterprise include, and what happens when you reach a limit.
Every plan has unlimited assessments and the full logic and scoring engine. Plans differ in how many responses you can collect, team size, and a few advanced features.

Enterprise adds a custom contract and invoicing, and a named onboarding contact. Email hello@marketkloud.com.
Every plan, Free included, comes with our Data Processing Agreement for GDPR, UK GDPR and other privacy laws. It applies automatically, so there's nothing to sign. The providers we use are on the Subprocessors page.
Trying a paid feature
You can add any question type while you build, paid ones included, and try them in Preview. MarketKloud only asks you to upgrade when you publish an assessment that uses one. Paid workspace features, like version history, show what they do and which plan unlocks them.
When you reach your response limit
New submissions pause with a clear message until next month, or until you upgrade. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged automatically.
