Subprocessors

These are the companies that process MarketKloud customer data (your account, forms and the responses they collect) on our behalf. Each is bound by a written agreement that protects the data at least as well as our Data Processing Agreement does.
Customer data is stored in Singapore.

Apps you choose to connect
These only receive data when you connect them, and only the data you choose to send. They work under your own agreement with each provider, so they aren't our subprocessors:
- Google (Gmail sending, Google Sheets, Google sign-in)
- Microsoft (Outlook sending)
- Zoho Mail
- Your own SMTP server
- HubSpot
- GoHighLevel
- ActiveCampaign
- Calendly
- Zapier
- Make
- Webhooks to any address you enter
Changes to this list
At least 14 days before a new subprocessor starts handling customer data, we update this page and email every customer who has asked to be told. To be added, email hello@marketkloud.com with the subject "Subprocessor updates". If you object to a new subprocessor on reasonable data protection grounds, tell us within those 14 days and we'll work with you on a solution; if we can't find one, you can cancel and receive a refund of any prepaid fees for the rest of your term.
