Saving, previewing and publishing
The builder saves as you type. Respondents only see your changes once you publish them, and you can throw edits away before they do.

Everything saves on its own
There's no Save button for your questions. Every change is saved a moment after you make it, so you can close the tab at any time.
Draft and Live
A new assessment is a Draft: its link doesn't work for respondents yet. Click Publish and it becomes Live.
Once an assessment is live, your edits are kept as a draft next to the live version. Respondents keep seeing the live assessment until you click Publish edits. That means you can rework a live assessment without anyone seeing it half-finished.

Checks when you publish
When you publish, MarketKloud looks for problems that would break the assessment for respondents. If it finds any, it lists them with a Go → link to each one. Fix them, or click Publish anyway if you're sure.
