Close an assessment, schedule a close date or cap responses
Stop new responses now, on a date, after a number of submissions, or after one per email.
Where to find it: SettingsAccess & scheduling
| Setting | What happens |
|---|---|
| Open to new responses (off) | The form closes now. People see your Custom message, or This form is currently closed. Check back later. |
| Schedule a close date | Stops accepting responses at the date and time you set. |
| Set a response limit | Closes after that many submissions, e.g. 100 places at an event. |
| Limit to one response per email | Blocks a second submission from the same email address. Needs an Email or Contact Info question. |
Each one has its own message, so people know why the assessment is closed.
