Send an email only when a rule matches
A different message for low scores, an alert to sales for hot leads: emails that go out only sometimes.

Your everyday emails go to everyone. For emails that should only go out sometimes, use an automation:
- Open AutomationsIn the assessment's Integrations tab, open Automations and add one. Name it, e.g. Hot leads to sales.IntegrationsAutomations
- Choose who it's forRun when someone submits → Only for people who match…, then e.g. Total score is at least 80, or Tag has Hot lead.
- Add the emailClick + Send an email (to you or your team) or + Email the respondent. Leave the subject or message blank to reuse your everyday wording, or write a new one.
- SaveRecent activity shows each time it runs: sent, skipped or failed, and why.
