Where to find it: IntegrationsAppsEmailsEmail to the respondent

Open Emails and choose Email to the respondent

Make sure there's an address
Send to is the email they gave (found automatically). Your assessment needs an Email question or a Contact Info Card with email.
Choose the sender
Under Send from, pick one of your connected accounts, or MarketKloud's address. Set the Sender name (Sam from Growth Co) and where Replies go to.
Write it
Subject and message, with @ to personalise: Hi @First Name, here's your score: @Total score.
