A Write-up is a variable whose value is a paragraph, picked by another value. It's the fastest way to give each person feedback written for their score.

  1. Create a Write-up variable
In Hidden fields & variables, add a variable and choose Write-up.
  2. Choose what it's based on
Under Based on, pick a question, variable or score, e.g. Leadership.
  3. Choose how to match
Exact value for answers like Yes or Visionary; Number ranges for scores (at least 0, at least 10, at least 20).
  4. Write each version
Each row has rich text: headings, lists, links, and @ to insert answers or scores.
  5. Write the fallback
Otherwise: shown when nothing matches or the question wasn't answered.
  6. Use it
Type @ on any ending, statement, email or PDF, and pick the write-up.
