Send assessment emails from your own address

Out of the box, assessment emails come from MarketKloud's address, ready with no setup. Emails from your address look more personal and are less likely to be ignored.

   Connect your email

   Go to Dashboard → Integrations → Email addresses (or Sending accounts in an assessment's Emails panel) and click Connect your email.

   Type your address

   Enter the address you want emails to come from and click Continue. MarketKloud shows you the quickest way to connect it.

   Sign in, or use an app password

   Gmail, Outlook and Zoho connect by signing in. No password is shared. Yahoo, iCloud and other mailboxes use an app password: a special password made only for this, never your normal one. The steps for each provider are shown on screen.

   Pick it in your assessment

   In each assessment's Emails, choose it under Send from. Use Make default on the account most assessments should use.
