Send contacts to GoHighLevel

   Connect GoHighLevel

   In Dashboard → Integrations, click Connect on GoHighLevel, sign in, and choose the sub-account contacts should go to.

   Switch it on in the assessment

   In the assessment's Integrations → Apps, click GoHighLevel.

   Check the field mapping

   Adjust which answer goes to which GoHighLevel field.

   Tag the contact

   Type tags (press Enter after each), e.g. form-lead. Tick Also add the response's own tags to include tags from Logic → Tags.

   Add the note

   Add a note to the contact with every answer, the score and the ending.

Contacts are matched by email or phone, so the assessment needs at least one of them.
