There are two ways to use Calendly: as a question in the middle of your assessment, or on the ending screen after someone submits. You can use both.
As a question
- Add a Calendly questionClick + Add and choose Calendly under Other. It's on the Starter plan and up.
- Choose what they bookIn the question's settings, pick one of your event types (when Calendly is connected), or paste your Calendly link.
- Required or notTurn on Required if people must book before they can continue.
The respondent's name and email are filled in from their earlier answers. Their answer is the booking. With Calendly connected it reads like Intro call, Fri 24 Oct 2026, 10:00–10:30 UTC in Results, exports and integrations. Without a connection, it reads Booked on Calendly.
On the ending screen
- Open Calendly in your assessmentIn Integrations → Apps, click Calendly.IntegrationsAppsCalendly
