Send every response to a webhook (n8n, your CRM, your server)

   Add a webhook

   In the assessment's Integrations → Webhooks, add one.

   Choose the destination

   n8n, Your CRM (paste its incoming-webhook address: HubSpot, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel…) or Your server (any https endpoint).

   Paste the address and name it

   e.g. New leads to HubSpot.

   Choose what to send

   Every answer, Only the answers I pick, or the fields mapped under CRM payload. Name each answer by its Question code (recommended) or Internal ID.

   Optional: skip some endings

   Don't send for these endings: e.g. leave out people who didn't qualify.

   Save and send test data

   Send test data once, so the other side can see every field before the first real response.

Reliability

• Each row shows its delivery health. Refresh delivery status to update it.
• If the other end is down, the response is retried automatically, up to 5 times.
• Switch a webhook off with Enabled without deleting it.
• Responses that end at a Safety exit are never sent.
