Every question type at a glance
All 30 question types, what each one collects, and when to use it.

| Contact Info | Full Name, First Name, Last Name | Names, as one field or split into two. |
| Contact Info | Contact Info Card | Name, email, phone, company and more on one screen. |
| Contact Info | Email, Phone Number, Address, Website | Checked as they type, so you get usable details. |
| Text & Input | Short Text, Long Text | A few words, or a full paragraph. |
| Text & Input | Number | Amounts, ages, budgets, with currency or % if you like. |
| Text & Input | Date | A date, in the format you choose, with an optional allowed range. |
| Choice | Multiple Choice | One answer, or several, from a list. |
| Choice | Dropdown | A long list, like countries or industries. |
| Choice | Picture Choice | Options shown as images. |
| Choice | Yes / No | A quick two-way answer. |
| Choice | Legal | Accept or decline terms, with tick boxes. |

| Rating & Scale | Rating | Stars, e.g. 1 to 5. |

| Rating & Scale | Opinion Scale | A numbered scale with labels at each end, e.g. Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree. |

| Other | File Upload | Documents and images, up to 10 MB each (Starter+). |
