Using scale answers in logic
Ratings, NPS and opinion scales are numbers. Branch on them with is greater than, is less than or is between, e.g. send everyone who gives 0-6 on NPS to a What went wrong? question. You can also turn them into points.
Matrix questions
Use a matrix when many items share the same answer scale, like rating six services from Poor to Excellent. Results show each row separately.
