Multiple Choice

  • Type each option on the canvas and click + to add another. Paste a list (one option per line) to add many at once.
  • Multiple selection: switch it on to let people choose several answers. Min picks and Max picks then appear, plus an optional Select all shortcut.
  • Other or None of the above: add it as a normal option, then use the small buttons on that option on the canvas. One adds a please specify text box. The other makes the option exclusive, so picking it clears every other answer.
  • Randomize order shuffles the options for each person. Alphabetical order sorts them A to Z.

Best for long lists. Respondents can type to filter the list. Paste a long list in one go: each line becomes an option.

Picture Choice

Each option gets an image. Click an option's image to upload, crop or reposition it. Choose an Image ratio (Auto, Square, Landscape, Portrait or Widescreen) so every card lines up, and Columns for how many sit side by side on a computer. Supersize makes the pictures bigger, and Multiple selection works here too.

  • Yes / No: two big buttons. Quick to answer and easy to branch on. Layout, Button size and Alignment control how they sit on screen.
  • Legal: options people tick to accept or decline, e.g. your terms. It starts with an accept and a decline option.
  • Checkboxes: one or more consent boxes, each with its own text, e.g. I agree to be contacted.
