Short Text and Long Text
- Placeholder: the light hint text in the empty box, e.g. Type your answer here…
- Max characters: stops answers getting longer than you want.
Number
- Number Format: add a symbol (Percent, Dollar, Euro, Pound, Rupee, Yen, Won, or your own) and choose which side it sits on.
- Allowed range: a minimum and maximum, with your own error message.
- Whole numbers only: blocks decimals and minus signs.
- Allow negative numbers: switch off to block the minus sign.
- Decimal places: e.g. 2 for cents.
Date
- Date Format: MM DD YYYY, DD MM YYYY or YYYY MM DD.
- Date Range: any date, Disable past dates (good for bookings), Disable future dates (good for dates of birth), or a Custom range between two fixed dates.
