Where to find it: LogicBranching

If more than one rule on a question could match the same answer, the first one, top to bottom, wins. Use the arrows on a rule to move it up (Higher priority, checked earlier) or down (Lower priority).

The golden rule: specific before general

Put narrow rules above broad ones. With these rules on a score:

  • Score is greater than or equal to 50 → Ending Good
  • Score is greater than or equal to 80 → Ending Excellent

A score of 90 matches the first rule and sees Good. Swap them, and 90 sees Excellent while 60 still sees Good.

Ranges that leave gaps or overlap

When rules split a number into ranges (0-49, 50-79, 80-100), the editor warns you about a gap (e.g. 49.5 matches no range) or an overlap (a value matches two ranges). Click Close the gap to fix it in one go.
